When you focus on raising your profile, all of the opportunities will come and seek you.
Suppose you have been in a position where you feel like you lost your network or you lowered your profile. In that case, I want to encourage you that when you focus on Quantum aligning your visibility and your profile, it’s going to happen for you naturally.

FIRST; Get comfortable with the uncomfortable
Promoting your self and your work
Advocate and go to bat for yourself
For the emerging executives;
Sharing your ideas and suggestions
Talking about the solution that you know will fix the problem.
Do not let men take credit for your successes.
For the executives in the board room
Present suggested policy shifts or possibly new territory.
Bring forth the idea of new ways to lead that is needed.
Focus on your thought leadership
For CEOs that are owning their own enterprises
Talk about your business, your brand, and your offers.
SECOND; Establish and embody your expertise.
When you are embodying something, it is no longer separated from the truth of who you are.
The goal is to get paid and promoted.
Do your ideas have significance, progression, and results if they are implemented?
Embody your expertise by proving it.
THIRD; Seek out and close high visibility projects and opportunities.
For the emerging executive
ask to participate in assignments that would allow you to embody your expertise.
ask to participate in assignments that will get your name and leadership in front of higher up and decision-makers
Build relationships and networks that can take you to where you want to go.
FOURTH; Evaluate your options and decide what your goals are.
Ask yourself, “Why do you truly want high profile visibility?”
When you get clear on those four things, you are on your way to Quantum shift into high-profile resonant lucrative visibility.
